The Electoral Commission, in accordance with Section 12 (I), (i) of the Electoral Commission’s Act Cap 140, invites applications from competent non-partisan, self-financing Individuals, Civil Society organizations/Groups, and community-based organizations to be accredited to conduct voter education for the 2025/2026 General Elections.
Interested applicants for this service should provide the following information:
- Name of the agency, individual, group of individuals, institution, or association;
- Physical address;
- Contact details (address, telephone, e-mail, website, and names of contact persons);
- Key personnel and their profiles;
- Copy of certificate of Registration;
- Area of operation;
- Experience in handling similar assignments;
- Evidence of current reach and coverage;
- Specific experience related to the conduct of voter education;
- Proposed work plan and methodology;
- Evidence of available resource base (equipment, materials, and personnel;
- Mechanisms for feedback to the Commission
The accredited non-partisan individual, group of individuals, or an institution or association shall carry out voter education subject to the guidelines determined by the Electoral Commission.
